Most of the cities like Kansas City, St. Louis and Milwaukee are now face to face with hard hits, where snowfalls can rise up to 2 feet and drifts to 3 feet. Tornadoes are also expected to occur in the South. It is obvious that this cold weather will effect millions of people.
