To Uefa's surprise, Chelsea signed Fernando Torres from Liverpool for a price of  €58.5 million. As January transfer window was about to close yesterday, Chelsea made a last big surprise and captured the Liverpool striker for a fee of €58.5 million. But as it has been stated in Guardian, Uefa has been no happy with this transfer. During the 2009-2010 season, Chelsea's revealing losses of €83 million and then spending so much money for Fernando Torres has made Uefa's governing body unhappy. Chelsea's bidding  €58.5 million for a player has been perceived as a warning sign.
