Violent Protests in Yemen

In Yemen, anti-government protesters are trying to march presidential palace. They have been in clash with the police forces who tried to prevent them.

What the Yemeni people want is a new regime. 1.000 people attended the demonstrations and the protesters chanted as "A Yemeni revolution after the Egypt revolution." People have been inspired and motivated by the protests in Egypt and Tunisia. Earlier this month, many people came together in the "Day of Rage."

The protesters blame the government of using force against the protesters. As the protesters demand, the authorities should provide the security and freedom of the protesters.

As it is known, the president Mr. Saleh told that he would quit in 2013 and promised to make political reforms. Now, the country is also face to face with some separatist movementes.
